From 1:1000 to 1:1.

Every project moves through four scales, each one closer to the real thing. Each scale ends with a submission and a meeting with the client before the next one starts.

Data gathering

We study the site and the people: measurements, climate, views and what is already there, together with the client’s needs, routines and direction.

Schematic design

The spaces take shape from that study: plans, an abstract 3D view and a mood board, reviewed together until the direction is shared.

Detailed & technical design

Materials, details and 3D views of every space, then everything needed to build: technical drawings, custom furniture, material and appliance lists and the bill of quantities.

Site work & handover

We are on site with the contractor and makers, sourcing, checking and adjusting at full size until the family moves in.
